Strawberry-Arugula Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 12-15 basil leaves, torn
  • 1 bunch arugula
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic drizzle
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Toss the strawberries, basil and arugula together in a salad bowl. Drizzle with the EVOO and balsamic drizzle, season with salt and pepper, and toss to combine.
